Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders place through website or phone will be subject to acceptance in accordance with Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability.
  2. Once placing an order online you will receive an order confirmation via email and within 2 business working days your product will be dispatched and if the product is not in stock we will call you for further discussion.
  3. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse an order or deliver to any individual or company for any reason.
  4. We ask for 50% deposit on orders whether the item is in stock or not. Other 50% will be before the dispatch of the order.
  5. There may be some variations in size, colour and weight up to 5%. Such variations are within manufacture tolerances and in no way reflect an inferior product.

Delivery

  1. In most cases we expect delivery to be completed within 10-21 days of placement of your order, depending on where you live. Delivery times may change based upon factors outside of our control such as supply interruptions or your delivery location.
  2. Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges will vary upon the product selection and location. Delivery charges will be notified after purchase.
  3. Designated items can be collected from our warehouse by prior arrangement. For further information please make a call before delivery or pickup.
  4. If you order hasn’t arrived on estimated delivery time please call on the number provided on your order invoice.

 

Refund Policy

  1. If you report damage to an item once the delivery drivers have left, it is at our discretion as to whether to charge you for any repairs. Circumstances can arise which are beyond our control, which may delay or cancel your delivery. In this instance we will not be liable for any consequential losses you experience but will organize a redelivery free of charge at a time convenient to you.
  2. If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof. Time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. We will not be liable for any consequential loss through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Import Channel Pty Ltd or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
  3. You will need to notify Import Channel Pty Ltd of any fault or damage to the item within 48 hours of receipt of goods by phone or email provided on the website and invoice. Failure to do so will mean that any transit insurance policy may be voided.
  4. Any ‘Made to Order’ or bespoke item will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. This includes any item which has been made by customer request and measurements displayed on our website or provided by you. Import Channel Pty Ltd will only be responsible for the refunds within 7 days of the invoice. There might be some cancellation fees involved. It will be completely informed during the course of cancellation.
